Have you got two separate items you want to return?

You need to open a return case for each item and then the seller will have to provide a return label for you to print.  (But see further points.)

You have 30 days from receipt to use the Ebay Money Back Guarantee and start a return.

Business sellers have to accept returns for any reason but only have to provide a paid label if the item is damaged/not as described.

Private sellers can refuse 'change of mind' returns.
