I ordered two new hearing aids, but a bad seller didn't send all parts, so sadly I will have to now return hearing aids I wanted. After I placed the order for the hearing aids I spent about £65 on ebay buying specific accessories for these hearing aids (please see my account), so I am left with these expensive accessories and no hearing aids, all because of a greedy and dishonest seller who took out valuable parts from the order.
The seller was then able to contradict my true feedback and lie about me which should not be allowed to stand. But ebay say they can't do anything about it!

eBay's 30 day MBG , Money Back Guarantee policy will fully refund you if you send the item back opening a case for item Does Not Match Description or Photos, that is, if you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery.
At least then you'll be fully refunded for a faulty item.
Did you buy those accessories from eBay, from a registered UK business? Then, if unused and packaging unopened, they could be returned for a refund, you'll need to here, pay for that fully tracked return postage for their return to the seller.

Don't allow this seller to offer excuses or promises and ask you to close the case early, do not do this, and don 't forget to escalate on day 4, when 3 full days have passed if there has been no refund beforehand.

We can't "see your account," we are only other mebers like yourself and have no access to your account records.
Wit so little information it's hard to offer any advice, except to use eBay's money back guarantee - be sure to act within the 30 day time limit.
You bought this from a private listing, which means that we can't even see who the seller is. You haven't told us how or when you paid, or whether the seller is a registered UK business seller. All of these will affect your rights. If they are a UK business seller you have your statutory consumer rights as well as any protection you may have through eBay or your payment provider.
Personally I wouldn't even consider buying hearing aids from an unknown seller on eBay. It's important to have confidence in the seller as a) they're expensive, and b) you need to be able to rely on long-term maintenance and support. eBay warns buyers in the user agreement that "they do not guarantee the existence, quality, safety or legality of items advertised, or the truth or accuracy of descriptions". Would you have bought these hearing aids from shop that stated this?
Buyers can't say they were not warned. Buying on eBay isn't like the shops. eBay is a jungle.
