Buyer would like now to pay for the postage but they have completed and paid for their order . How do i send a further request for payment to them?

You cannot invoice for additional postage after the item is sold through an eBay listing --- now between the buyer and you to make suitable arrangements: or relist with correct Postage for the Buyer to purchase again.
