Awaiting payment

The item I have sold has been dispatched and received by purchaser.

I am still awaiting payment. 
EBay says pending . 
How-do you let them know items delivered?
Its been a week.

If you used tracking, and it shows as delivered on the postal services actual online website,then you can contact ebay here to get the payment released as the ebay tracking system is not currently working.

Thanks for your reply.
Because I used Royal Mail and not everi, as they suggested. It hasn’t been tracked.
Unfortunately, because the purchaser told me he had received the item I discarded the receipt with tracking information on.
I managed to talk to eBay.
They say they don’t have any proof of delivery received.
So I will have to wait 14 days for the funds

Always keep receipts for at least 180 days 😉

As already said having tracking and not editing the tracking shown on your listing will not show as delivered.

Your tracking slip which you have thrown way, would come in useful as buyer has 30 days in which they can open a return case for a refund, or open a not received case, and in the event of buyer asking payment provider to start a charge back, you have a potential liability for up to 6 months or more.

You have thrown away the only evidence that would prove buyer received his purchase.
