Awaiting call back from Ebay Agent - how to I contact the specific person?

I am trying to speak to an Customer service agent in Ireland who was looking into an issue I have with Ebay Global Shipping.

I provided examples of the issue 3 weeks ago and would like an update.

I have just spoken to Ebay Customer Service to try to get a message to this agent to ask them to call me but i was told this is not possible !!

Can anyone help with a way of getting hold of this agent who has been dealing with my issue.

It's probably not possible to get the exact same agent to call back to you , and yes some will promise to call back,  and don't.

However,  there's more likelihood of reaching a Dublin agent if you contact Customer Services first thing in the morning when the lines first open at 8 a.m.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.
