Authenticity Guarantee shipping issue

eBay has created a shipping label for an item to be collected by DPD to go through the Authenticity Guarantee. DPD haven’t collected and there is no way ti request a new collection. Has anyone had the same issue or am I missing something. DPD parcel label says it’s booked as a Pickup. “Help” via eBay chat has been running in circles. Thanks

Issue resolved after a call to a polite eBay agent who was very helpful. It was a bit of a misunderstanding of the DPD term Pickup not meaning collection but meaning Pickup point. I'd missed the info from eBay saying the parcel should be dropped off at a pickup point and when looking in "help" this is not mentioned again (as far as I could find).
