Authenticator sent wrong item

I purchased a burberry bag and the seller sent off to authenticator.  It passed and sent on to me. I received the package today but its a gucci bag? It looks like the authenticators sent me the wrong bag.  How can this be sorted out with ebay.  I had an online chat with an advisor and they told me to request a refund?  Why its not the sellers fault?  Whats the best way forward, thankyou

If you open an eBay return and select 'Received wrong item' as the reason for the return, and explain that you've received a Gucci bag from the Authenticator instead of the Burberry bag you purchased, then you should be issued with a returns label to send it back to the Authenticator.
