Auctions being removed due to policy violation(personal information)

I am getting a little fed up here.

I saw plenty of sold new, unused sim cards with good numbers (checked sold items to gauge the demand / price apetite) and put up one on sale. Lo and behold it was taken down.

So I checked all the regulations again, this time much more carefully and nowhere I can see that sim card sale is against the policy.

I put it up again, this time removing the line that says 'contact me privately to see the full number' as I thought this was triggering bot detection. but no, same thing again. Is it the picture or the the partial phone number presented that could be doing this ? on completed items I see full numbers being shown and auction completing with no issue.

So what the heck is happening ? am I being mass-flagged by competition (elusive sim card market gang 😉 )?

I'd say this is most likely related to one of the phone numbers that is being picked up. However, the best thing to do is contacting us directly, so this can be reviewed for you. If you go to the email we sent you about this, you will see an option to contact us about this topic, and then an agent will be able to review that for you to see what's happening.

Sadly, this is not the case. I tried all I could and was not able to get any attention of eBay rep directly.

On the auction there is 'resolve' option but it does nothing - appeals for violation of personal information policy are auto-rejected

this leads to a bigger list of articles and a link to AI chatbot.

After spending 30mins with the AI assistant and getting nowhere I wrote this post since I can't see any other option to contact ebay directly.

Please explain exactly how do I get in touch with an agent ?
