Auction listing disappeared after account restriction

Hi there, 

I made an auction listing on 27/04/2024.

Everything was fine until I received a "Your use of the eBay platform has been restricted" email today (04/05/2024), just around when the bid ended. 

I followed the steps and the restriction on the account is gone. It says I have full access to eBay now, but the listing I made has disappeared. I can't find the item anywhere on my account's selling page.

Any advice on this would be appreciated. I hope the buyer hasn't paid for anything... Would it be okay to put the listing up again?

You have returned to selling after a very long break, and there's been some big changes on eBay.  PayPal is no longer used for the receiving of payouts fro sales,  eBay Manage Payments now.

You may be prevented from listing an item, because you have not fully or correctly registered with eBay's Managed Payments.

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified.  The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive,  and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed,  you will be able to list items for sale,  and receive payouts from those sales.

If there is an issue with the registration contact eBay Customer Services,  who have full access to your account,  and can see where the issue lies and explain the steps you now need to take.
