I have purchased a bag came from. China province which was wet and smelly. I asked seller to refund and returned the bag. It was 30 days return policy in his email he mentioned only 14 days of return. That is wrong and unacceptable. Also he advised on his email to gift that bag to my friends/family. Really?
I told him that bag is totally wet he gave me different address to return the bag.
I am looking for full refund as the item/bag is wet and damaged/smelly.
I hope you understand where I come from.
