Ask ebay for Help problem?

Ask ebay for Help doesn't seem to be working. I just click on it and it disappears.

Is this normal?  I'm sure it never did this before.

Have you managed to get through?  It's an automated chat at that time of the morning when you called. No one else has reported issues with CS today.

You can always ask your question here,  many experienced members here happy to help, and if no one is around at 2 a.m. here,  then they soon do appear!

Or,  this is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Went back  some time later and managed to sort out the problem.    Turns out I was clicking on the wrong thing!   Although I'm sure it was right.  Anyway the whole thing is now sorted and I now have a problem sorted out in my favour and i have a QR code to send an item back.  (Seller was been bilingerent!)
