Arranging collection of an item I have sold

Hi I am unable to send my full address to a buyer of a large item I have sold that needs to be collected later today. How do I resolve this?

The buyer needs to buy the item from your eBay listing and pay through eBay checkout as cash on collection is not allowed anymore.  Once paid,  full contact details can be exchanged.

Once paid they receive that important 6 digit QR code,  which they must give to you to scan or manually enter those numbers it's your only proof  that the item was collected.  Do not release the item without the code.

Can you explain how you have sold the item twice?  That might be causing an issue.  It's also odd that one shows as sold yesterday morning but also today.
