Appealing a refund as a buyer when you bought item as a guest

Can someone help I bought a perfume which is fake and they are only offering me a 50% refund. The problem is I am struggling to appeal my refund as I must have purchased as a guest and not signed into my actual account so can’t follow the instructions by accessing the dashboard. Any advice?

See here, open item not as described case, seller provides returns label, you send back for full refund.

Ignore seller excuses, escalate on day 4 of no label or refund.

The problem is they are only offering me 50% of price I paid as a refund - any idea how to tackle this?

It might not be possible to appeal.  Guest 'accounts' do not have all the functions of a normal account.

I suggest you ask ebay CS.
