Appeal

I submitted a refund request toward the seller who promised to send the shipping company and take the items back on his responsibility. 
I have the right as per ebay policy to ask for refund for items which are not as described or damage and having used marks. 

I do not why to ignore my request as I mentioned in details with videos that the item I got is having dents and not new as the seller described.

i want to submit a appeal on ebay to reconsider the unfair decision

select "Doesn't match description" and escalate to eBay after 3 complete working days.

The requested the refund and mentioned clearly that the items are not new
and not as described by seller with marks and dent and I said that the
price is high for this items since it is not new with perfect condition .

Because of this ebay took the decision to let me arrange the shipping and
be responsible for refund cost. How come this is logic. By this ebay is
allowing seller to continue doing the same what I gone through be then the
seller will not bear any responsibility and the lose( shipping cost)will be
on the buyer.

I would to connect me with ebay management to support as this not
acceptable at all.

You do not need to speak to ' eBay Management'.

 

First log out of here,  and log into www.ebay.com to continue,  then proceed this way:

 

If you are still within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery you are guaranteed a full refund,  under eBay's 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy.
 

You have received an item not as described,  go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.

 

The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund,  if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  If they don't ,  need to escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.

 

Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early,  and do not forget to escalate.

I already requested the refund request and unfortunately ebay decided to
let me send the items and pay the shipping fee. The seller is guilty so he
should be responsible.

How to resubmit appeal for the same case to reconsider the decision which
is not fair for me.

And what is the official complaint ebay email that can help me.
