My appeal case has been closed you told me because there were no activity for 21 days but I was contacted the seller and I have all the corespondent I need my full refund as didn’t received my item
so please get back to me ASAP or call me

You should have escalated case within 30 days, if you don't ebay assume all sorted & close case.
Try your payment provider.
In future escalate cases 4 days after opening & ignore seller excuses.
