Any way of reporting an item with an incorrect description

It's ridiculous that it should be this difficult to report an item that clearly has an incorrect title.

Try it yourself on the phone app, the options on the third roll down menu are innapropriate for the incorrect item title or anything even close. So incorrect item titles just get left active.

To be fair reporting on a Pc can be nightmare to,as the options are not clear  at all,and even if you do report most remain as AI see's no wrong doing!!!
