Anti-competitive person using VeRO to remove my legit product

I have a 3D printing business that sell a wide verity of products. Some are of my own design and some are produced by other people, of which I pay a subscription fee for to sell them.

I was asked by a buyer to produce a product that is based on an open standard for autistic people to express emotions using Zones of regulation. This is documented in many autism books and used across the world. I created a keyring with 4 pallets that with simple faces and each is a separate colour. It follows a standard.

I started to sell them on my website along with ebay, tiktok and etsy. All was well for about a month and then i got copyright notes on Tiktok and etsy within a day and then following a VeRO from ebay the following day. This is coming from a competitor who is selling a very similar product that does the same thing. I appealed the Ebay VeRO and provided that i have my own CAD files and that the "standard" is open and can not be copyrighted, but ebay has rejected my appeal.
How can ebay determine that this other person is entitled to own this sort of design and noone else can. There is a few other perople on these platforms that have similar designs, but i have been targeted because of the popularity of my product. I also checked and the claimant who submitted the VeRO does not even sell on ebay.
