Amend tracking details

Help needed I’ve had to change courier to send an item (at my own expense) does anyone know how to change the tracking number on the item as it has the original couriers tracking number on it & I need to get the correct tracking number on it obviously to get paid by eBay ty

First cancel the first label you didn't use.  Go to Selling/Orders, select Postage labels on lefthand side, then click on Actions dropdown menu for the label and select Cancel Label.

Then see if you can use the Edit Tracking link next to the item.   If not contact ebay and they will change it for you. You can use callback on here:
