Amazon Tracking Not Updating in AutoDS

I manually processed an Amazon-to-eBay dropshipping order. When updating the tracking details in AutoDS, Amazon is not available in the shipping carrier list, so I selected “Other” and entered the tracking number. However, AutoDS still shows the order as “Shipped” after 5–6 days but the order has already been delivered. Please confirm if this behavior is normal for Amazon tracking numbers and advise how delivery status can be updated correctly.

Private eBay accounts should not be drop shipping.

I suggest you upgrade to a business account and ask your question on the business user board.
