combined orders plus postage to the US

I have a buyer in the US who wants to buy 2 items. We have agreed postage plus US customs tax. I thought I could invoice her but I can't see how to do this. Where is the invoice button?

Also I also have a bid on one item. Can I cancel this without getting into trouble?

Any advice? I don't want to loose this sale and obviously I want to keep the transaction within Ebay.

combined orders plus postage to the US

Hi @magowanblue ,

Thank you for your post.

Did you get this sorted over the weekend? There is the global shipping option that can be used on your listings which will auto manage the postage and customs. This can be turned on at when you list the items.  Unless you have an agreement with buyers/bidder we usually don't recommend cancelling bids. If a buyer purchases both items in the same checkout the system will auto combine them but at the moment for private sellers with Simple delivery orders the system doesn't allow to combine separate orders into one. This is being worked on to change in the future.

Thank you,

Kat

Hi Kat
Thanks for your reply.
It's been a long time since I shipped anything to the US and a lot has changed. I chatted with an agent who explained the set up with the GSP. The potential US customer made an offer on one item which I accepted and her purchase is on its way. The bid on the second item is still in place so it will sell too, to another buyer.
It took a while to get it sorted out but I learnt a lot in the process and will probably list more items for sale to the US in the future.
All the best
Gall
