Am I being thick? We don't all stay next door to a post office!! Simple Delivery - Royal Mail, I stay in the country and Royal Mail collect my parcels. Was able to add collection charge onto postage costs when I arranged postage myself but now looks as if I want parcel collected I will have to arrange on Royal Mail website and pay Royal Mail direct 30p per parcel for collection? I refuse to use Evri as they can take 10 days to collect a parcel from my address.
