I purchased a pair of AirPods which were listed as Brand new. Had them for 2 months & they’ve stopped working. As they are under warranty, I contacted Apple who have told me that they have previously been taking to an Apple Store for repair & they couldn’t be fixed as they have been modified. I’ve contacted the seller but not had a response yet. How do I open a dispute with EBay? I’m going around in circles on the app.

Ebay MBG is only for 30 days, so they won't help.
You could try your payment provider.

You can't open a dispute with eBay, their Money Back Guarantee is for 30 days.
If you paid with a debit or credit. card, then get in touch with your card provider and issue a not as described chargeback (presumably you have something in writing from the Apple store to confirm that they weren't new).

Thank you. I paid via PayPal?

Thank you. Can I not report the seller either to stop her from tipping someone else off? I paid via PayPal.

I Think you will find that paypal is also only for 30 days.
You do have 60 days to leave negative feedback.

Yes I put in a dispute with PayPal & they’ve just declined it. Gutted.

How did you fund the PayPal payment?
