Address refusal, item listed as buyer collects

I have listed an item as buyer collects but when I put my address in the info box ebay says that I am contravening the regulations so how is the buyer to collect the item? (private seller so no fees to be paid to my knowledge)

You can only exchange contact details After the buyer has bought and paid fir the item.

Yes,  Private sellers pay no fees,  but Business sellers do,  and the system at present cannot differentiate between the two for Collection items,  hence buyers must  buy first,  pay,  then receive address info.

You can't put address on listing.

Buyer pays through ebay, you can then give out contact details.

No cash on collection.

Buyer gives you collection code after inspection.

No code = no collection.
