Address incomplete

I have bought something from a seller but when he’s gone to post it’s saying address incomplete so cannot generate a label but everything is ok my end, the invoice shows my full address which I’ve sent to him.

How does he get round this to generate the postage label?

Doublecheck your delivery address on here:

https://accountsettings.ebay.co.uk/uas/addresses

Also there's an intermittent bug to do with addresses.   eBay say a delivery address must not exceed 39 characters including spaces on any line.  Even if your address doesn't exceed that try shifting the format around, such as moving just the road name to the second line, then save as a "new address".

The seller will have to cancel/refund the current transaction and relist after you've done the above so you can buy and pay again.

seller was unable to get my address, saying it was incomplete.

I bought something else on same day & bought something a couple of days after with no issues whatsoever so I don’t understand?

Also should add that I checked & verified my address and there didn’t seem to be any problems?
