I have buyer in Japan who is new to eBay, who has supplied their address in Japanese. I have asked them for it in English but had no reply yet, don't know what to do?

If it's unuseable and the buyer doesn't reply you can issue a cancellation via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders page. Use the reason "Something wrong with buyer's address". If they've paid the refund will be issued in the process.

Where are you seeing it in Japanese characters, on the order details or the postage label?

The postage label will have the correct version of the buyer's address on it but you can also copy & paste the Japanese address into google translate.

It's in Japanese characters on both, I copied and pasted it onto Google translate but it didn't seem to make much sense.
