You cannot, but are you happy to post, then the best way forward is to cancel the order with the buyer's agreement, so you select Buyer Requests to cancel, then relist the item as a postage collection.
That way you will have that all important tracking number.
Explain the above to the buyer that this is the process now to proceed if the item requires posting.
