Add extra Postage insurance

The postage insurance is not enough to cover the item how do I increase the cover

If you used eBay simple delivery the cover is  up to £750 if lost or damaged during transit for eligible items,if your item sold for more than this you will be using your own custom postage  and can use whichever carrier you chose.
