Ad fees

I want £20 back from the ad fee as I was told it was FREE to sell on Ebay yet I've just had £20 come out of my funds which I got for selling an item. Overall I had £40 taken from my earnings which is ridiculous

Did you use any listing extras such as a reserve?  Or did you owe anything from a previous sale?   If not contact ebay about it using callback on here:

It's free to sell as long as you don't use any chargeable extras,an ad fee looks like you used an ad promotion to promote your listing and this is chargeable,it's worth contacting eBay as you are a new seller using the link **peaseblossom** has provided to see if they will cancel this for you.
