Ad fees applied but my item sold within free ad promotion date, 

Hello did anyone opt for the ' get ad listings for upto £10' promotion that eBay offered?

My item sold within the time limit which is end of June, but i was still charged for ad fees even though it was part of that promotion.

This is time for eBay Customer Services to get involved,  as they have access to your account,  and if excess fees were paid,  they can refund them.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
