Have changed my password and have lost all the information on my account.  For example it's showing I have 1 feedback when I had over 1000. It's also not showing purchases I have made apart from I made today after changing the password

Have you unwittingly opened another account ? --- Reported to happen if using Mobiles/Apps to signin using Facebook/Apple/Google login options resulting in opening a closely matched but 'cloned' new account with missing History and/or corrupted account details >
