Hi, How do i contact ebay by message to ask tem to remove a old card fom my account? Ive already added a new card to pay for items, i want the old card removing that it says is there for them to take payments from but it is expired and old now. I can not find anywhere on here that allows me just to send ebay a message as the automated thing is useless and keeps saying the same thing.

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

At the top of you Hub page (on the left)

Press 'Accounts Setting'

On the Payment options page that comes up  Press 'Payment', and your Payment Cards will show. You can Add a New Card, or delete any card/s that are out of date yourself.
