No idea,  we are members like yourself with no access to your account.

I cannot see any items sold recently.

Contact eBay Customer Services who do have that access and can explain any fee charged.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Earlier this month, you listed a motability scooter with a reserve.

When you list an item, you are charged 4% of the reserve price.  You have to pay that fee whether or not the item sells.

When you list, you are given the choice of setting a reserve but it is clear that this is optional and there will be a charge.

'This is the lowest price you're willing to sell an item for. A non-refundable listing fee, charged when the listing goes live, applies whether or not the item sells.'
