Account restriction

How do I lift an account restriction so I can bid? It says I have cancelled/not paid for items which I haven't?!

Does anyone else have access to your account in your household, perhaps purchased items and not paid?

It only takes 2 non payments,  and this goes back a full 12 months,  for sellers to be able to block a buyer.

Contact the seller and ask them to put your ID on their exemption list which will lift any blocks.   They'll find it on their My eBay at Site Map at the very bottom of the page.   Scroll down past the categories to Sell > Selling Activities > Manage Bidders
