My eBay account has been restricted. There were two feedbacks on it and two items were sold, but it's unclear why it was restricted. Please kindly help so that my account can be reinstated.

You are in Pakistan,  so you need to log out of this UK site,  and log into www.ebay.com  ask your question there,  as restrictions and rules may be slightly different from here in the UK.

You cannot use a UK account to sell from Pakistan you must use the global www.ebay.com site as stated by tressygirl,and would need a business account for any listings to UK and EU

You will probably have to register with Payoneer to receive payments as well
