This was due to a change of telephone number. On leaving feed back after speaking to an agent, I was sent a code number to enter which would unblock my account. Unfortunately, due to stress and fatigue after dealing with agent, I did not manage to enter code correctly. How do I get in touch with someone who can help me? I am a buyer, not a seller, and I am elderly.

You will have to speak to another agent and explain, only ebay can resolve this for you, and if you get another code check entered correctly before pressing enter or continue.
