Account balance vanished!

My recent sold history has vanished along with the funds in my ebay account, the money has not been payed into my bank account and the automated chat thing is a complete waste of space! How do I contact eBay to get my money? At the time of selling it said buyer has paid but there is nothing in my account.

Access to your account is needed here which we do not have , so you do need to contact eBay Customer Services who do have that access and hopefully can see and explain what has happened here.

This is the easiest and quicket way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
