Account Issues- We have offers in the messages but when I click to respond it says there are none

I'm hoping you can help.... I can see offers being made on our items in the messages but when I click to respond it says there are none. I've tried deleting the cache and cookies which hasn't helped.

 

The account is connected to a teams one, but it's doing the same on the master account.

 

It has been doing this since we set the listings live

 

Any ideas greatly appreciated?

It is unlikely that anyone on here will have experience of exactly what you mean. Especially as we see no listings at all which might give a clue.
