Accidentally cancelled order

I'm selling an item, the buyer who won accidentally cancelled the order then collected and paid cash.  How do I right this i.e. uncancel it?

Cash on collection is not allowed and you cannot uncancel, so you have made an off eBay sale. Nothing you can do.
