Hi everyone, I have been with E bay for several years now and pride myself on my feedback and only selling good quality items. I dont sell large numbers and its not a business .
I have recently had an incident where a buyer won my item then refuse to pay, which happens from time to time. I cancelled the sale but then received a Negative feedback along with abusive messages .
I requested a feedback revision and just got another abusive negative feedback. I then left a reply to that and then got another abusive comment.
I have blocked the buyer and reported them to E bay but so far E bay has done nothing to delete the feedback or get rid of them.
To make matters worse the buyer appears to have all positive feedback until you read the feedback comments which are all Negative towards this buyer.
Does E bay ever read these comments or just looks at the positive figure???
Trying to talk to someone at E bay is like talking to the wall. What else can be done?
