About buying speakers from UK

Hi. I want to buy speakers from UK, but i live in Bulgaria. The problem is that the seller send only to countries, which are in International Shipping Programme. How Bulgaria can be inxluded in this Prohramme? How can i purchase the speakers then?

It is up to ebay which Countries are in the Global Shipping Programme. It is possible for sellers to sell outside the GSP, but many are not prepared to do this.

I think that the seller decide if to ship to Bulgaria, or no. If he want, have chance to make poosible delivery to Bulgaria.

A seller does not have to use eBay's GSP to sell internationally.

If you find your speakers,   you could send the seller a message asking if they would send the item to Bulgaria,  you never know some may be happy to.

One thing,  have you looked into the custom duty you would need to pay for this item? 

This is the buyer's duty to find out the amount to pay, and it may be a lot more than you think.  Worth finding out before looking to buy.
