I bought a perfume and I relapsed it was a counterfeit ,I had realized t wa not genuine even before it was delivered .I informed the seller and he said there was nothing he could do about it and that i should wait till it is delivered .the product was delivered eventually and I opened a request for refund ,I was amazed that the seller closed the request .what can I do to get my money back .Thank you

Which case did you open?
If one for item not received, then all the seller had to do was to enter a tracking number to show the item was delivered.
You needed to open a case for item not as described .... Does Not Match Description or Photos.
If you Did open a case for item not received, you're in luck, as you can now open the correct case, so proceed carefully, this way:
You have received an item not as described, go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.
The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund, if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you. If they don't , need to escalate the case, ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.
Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early, and do not forget to escalate.

As you only joined today did you buy as a guest, if so the rules are slightly different.
Opening the CORRECT case which is not as described, the seller CANNOT Close it unless they refund first. The money back guarantee works well but buyers have to follow requirements.
Without knowing how you bought, and what sort of case you opened it is impossible to tell you what to do next.
