A buyer firstly has opened a case for not receiving the parcel , when I checked the tracking, the item has been delivered and to the shop of the address requested,
now they are saying I didn’t send them a code for collection, I haven’t dealt with this before,
any help please??

As long as tracking proves delivered, you will any case.
Make sure tracking is added to ebay when posting and to case.
Only ebay can provide buyer with collection code,
Advise them to contact eBay ASAP.

If buyer fails to collect item within 7 days, they will lose out.
Although item MAY be returned to you, usually it is disposed of, so buyer loses item & money.
All this is in T&C's of C&C.
If buyer leaves bad feedback, come back for advice.
