A buyer paid postage for an item. Yet I've been charged £3.50

Buyer paid 0.87p for an item but I've been charged £3.50 for label. How can this happen?

Probably you did something wrong, just cancel the £3.50 label to avoid paying,  and post in your usual way.

You listed as RM second class, not Simple Delivery.  What postage did you buy and how?
