Hello I have has 6 higher end items incorrectly removed for being 'counterfeit', all of which are of course authentic. My only other previous sales on eBay were successfully completed through eBay's Authentication Guarantee, where I shipped my products to their warehouse, for physical authentication; of which successfully passed and then sent onto the buyer.
As someone with 9 years of experience handling luxury items, with 100% certainty that the 6 removed, and all listed on my account for that matter, are authentic, it is incredibly disheartening to have them removed due to an algorithm where the emails state "This came to our attention through automated detection."
I have tried to appeal all of these listings with much more specific photos, but never seemed to receive a response, and then the option to appeal again is greyed out and seemingly closed against me. I have offered to send the 6 items to their warehouse so they can be authenticated and have these strikes against my account removed; again to no response.
I was wondering if anyone has some advice how to successfully contact a human at eBay to help resolve this issue please? I fear any more of these automatic removals will result in a suspension/ban, which is incredibly unfair for someone who strictly sells authentic products.
Thank you in advance

The one thing really unfair and should be but can't see it happening, is how that message is worded, claiming your items ARE counterfeit, this eBay message really does not explain the issue at all, and badly worded, in my humble opinion.
If your listing is removed or hidden by eBay, you may see similar listings still active on the site. This could be for a few reasons:
There may be differences between the two listings that aren't obvious
The other seller may be a rights owner or authorised retailer of the item
A participant in the VeRO Program may have asked us to remove your listing but hasn't requested the other listing be taken down. These types of removals are only done at the request of the VeRO participant, and aren't eBay's decision.
Your listing was reported to us, but the other listing wasn't.
With luxury brands being removed my bet is that they breached a Vero regulation. I'm sure you know about Vero policies but just in case, and for others to read too, here it is:

Thank you for the detailed response, but with the items being very unique and luxury designer, I still feel it is more an automated attack that their algorithm suspects counterfeit.
I just would like to know how to actually resolve/appeal the removals to prevent a future ban, which unfortunately feels inevitable at this point

Doubt CS will tell you because the agents there, perhaps would not know, not seeing the actual item, and not being the ones who placed the sanction. For us here, not seeing the photos or exact description it's hard for us to tell.
You say they are unique luxury brands so none of the top LV / Chanel / Dior / Hermes ones ? You didn't by chance describe your items, as ' similar to' any one of those Brands? That would pull them.

Sorry for confusion they are top luxury brands like Chanel, Gucci etc, and all authentic. Really don't know how to proceed which is the most frustrating part

No I sold 2, sent to authentication centre, and passed.
My 6 items didn't sell, they just got automatically removed soon after listing them.

I didn't have any issues receiving payment for the items I sold.
My listings were removed automatically soon after being listed.

Usually to sell those high Brand items especially LV, Gucci and Chanel you have to have written permission from those Brand owners to be able to sell them on eBay, especially in large numbers. Do you have this permission ?
Your items may have been removed for this reason.
That you sold 2 before, is no guideline that you are verified to sell those items as said, without that all important written permission, and as I understand those Brands do not offer that permission readily, hence they ask to be protected by Vero policies.
