48 hour tracked item delivered but payout not received

Like two other members below my item was delivered by Royal Mail on Wednesday and funds were supposed to be in today but are still 'pending'. I'm not sure if this is to do with the problem mentioned by my post office when I posted it on Monday with the label they printed i.e. that they couldn't print receipts for Ebay items because of a problem. I asked for a certificate of posting instead but as the label did have a tracking number which was scanned when the item was delivered I'm not sure why Ebay hasn't passed the payment on to me. Does anyone know why this is happening?

There was a big Royal Mail issue which eBay are aware off and will handle any account affected by this.

Contact eBay Customer Services give them the details of the tracking showing delivery and ask if your pending payout can now be made available for withdrawal.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Thanks for this. I have received the payout this morning so Ebay must have
been working on the problem. Panic for me at least over!

Excellent , thank you for coming back and giving us the good news,  hopefully others will see  the good result, and  see that waiting a wee while longer,  may just be the answer for payments ' pending' !  🤔
