£4 delivery fee added to my buyers

Hi I have recently noticed that somehow my buyers are now being charged £4 for delivery on everything i have listed . But i have not changed anything and my setting still say Free Postage .

Can anyone help with this as i have not changed anything and i have also offered free postage .

It looks like this issue has been logged as a technical issue for your account. The customer support agent from yesterday has raised it with tech so once there is any updates on it they will reach out to you.
