Started getting complaints from customers that their orders are late the what eBay expected date was showing. To my shock i've checked all my auctions and they are all showing delivery 1-2 days. When we use Royal mail 2nd class as standard. Clicked on details and all additional services provided at extra are also showing 1-2 working days delivery. Contacted eBay team and was said nothing to worry about I'll escalate it and if you do get defect just contact team to appeal. Seriously ?!!?!?!?! To every order sent since Wednesday I will need to appeal ? Yet again another eBay GLITCH and I will be penalised for it ! They suspending accounts to people for that kind of reasons (notorious late deliveries) and the guy tells me no to worry about ?!
