2nd account

Hi  I have just set up a new Ebay account. I used my same number as the old account,  I listed something  and it asked me about payouts so I clicked it to set it up and then  it said try again so I clicked the button and then it said I was offline which I wasn't and then now I cant access my new acc? Any help please

You need a new email address for another account, has this been done?  If not this could be the issue.
