I've seen lots of posts about this, but don't know how to access a standard 2nd Class letter as postage on my account.
Do eBay have to do something to my account, so that this option available when I list something? If so, can a eBay representative please do this for me.
If not, can someone please advise me as to what I should do to access this postage option.
