I have the Simple Delivery programme which shows the item is to go through Evri. However, the label shows the weight as 15 kilos. The Simple Delivery programme states up to 20 kilos is acceptable. I can't seem to cancel the label by the old method of going to postage labels. Will Evri accept this item as it exceeds their normal limit of 15 kilos? Or, how do I cancel the label? Thanks.
